Our Christmas stay was enjoyable for the most part, with a few minor hiccups. The family room was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony which came in handy for drying our clothes. The bathroom was clean and roomy. We loved the convenience of PX Mart just beside the hotel, where we could easily buy snacks and drinks. The sizeable fridge was a big plus, and we were able to store our takeaway food and canned drinks.
While we appreciated the efforts of the staff to address our concerns, we did encounter a couple of issues. The cleanliness of the room could have been better - we found ants and nymphs in the rooms.

The huge balcony with a roomy bathroom and comfy beds make a great experience. PX Mart being nearby is quite handy to buy snacks and drinks. Plus, the family room is well sized and the fridge is spacious for your takeaway or canned drinks.
Although staff fixed the door, the electricity seemed to often trip, which was inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The family room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was also large and very clean. I loved having a big balcony to dry my clothes, and there were lots of nearby stores to buy snacks and drinks. The hotel's fridge was really useful for storing takeaway food and drinks.
Nothing that I didn't like.
